Postgraduate Programs in Human Development, the Education Professional and the Applied Linguistics Professional from the University of Taubaté promoted and held the second event of the “Journey for Equity and Inclusion of Difference. The journeys began in May 2023, at an event in which the IdentidadeS Project was presented, requested by Public Prosecutor José Carlos de Oliveira Sampaio and prepared by Profa. Mirian Garrido, of the Master's Program in Human Development.

The second event of the Journey was held on the day 22 August 2023 not hybrid format, with a face-to-face dimension in the Acts Room of the Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies at the University of Taubaté and broadcast simultaneously on TV UNITAU. The theme of the second edition was decoloniality and the round table was composed by Profa. Drag. Eliana Brito Kosma, coordinator of the Master's Program in Applied Linguistics; Prof. Drag. Zuleika Stefânia Sabino Roque, Popular Culture researcher; Everaldo Bispo de Souza (Master Lobão), recognized master of Capoeira from São José dos Campos and the Master in Human Development Daniel Cimatti.

The event ended with the launch of the book: “Golden Jubilee of the Besouro Mangangá Capoeira Sports and Cultural Association: Master Lobão”, authored by Zuleika S. Sabino.
