Master's in Human Development Student Promotes Mental Health Awareness during White January

In January, dedicated to mental health awareness, master's student Claudio Galiotto, CAPES scholarship student and psychologist graduated from Unitau, carried out interventions in the community.

In day 29, at the invitation of MRS Logística de Taubaté, Claudio directed his actions towards the employees of this company, where he emphasized the importance of self-care, paying attention to emotions and seeking emotional balance in the workplace.

Already on the day 30, the master's student extended his interventions at the invitation of the team of health professionals in the Emergency Care Unit (UPA) San Marino, located in the Água Quente neighborhood. In an environment where stress and pressure are frequent, Galiotto shared guidance on the importance of emotional support not only for patients, but also for healthcare professionals themselves.

Claudio Galiotto's interventions, in addition to highlighting the relevance of White January,, also reinforced the continued need to promote open discussions about mental health in different spheres of society and the importance of seeking help from a health professional. The initiative of the master's student and the institutions involved provided information and inspired people to reflect and act in favor of collective emotional well-being.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Claudio Galiotto's performance serves as a powerful reminder that mental health is everyone's commitment and that, together, we can build healthier and more supportive communities.
