The delegation of the Master's Program in Human Development at the University of Taubaté was composed by the coordinator of the program, four professors, two masters and a master program formed by. This group participated presenting research papers in three thematic tables in the IV International Congress Acinnet Network, the theme: internationalization, entrepreneurship, employability and sustainability. The congress was held in May 2018, in Oporto, Portugal, and it was hosted by the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.

The ACINNET International Congress was one of the first major initiatives organized by the Academic International Network (ACINNET), founded in 2014, that the Polytechnic of Porto is a founding member. The ACINNET is a network of academic and scientific cooperation that aims to strengthen bilateral relations between higher education institutions in Latin America / South America and Europe. It is currently made up of fourteen institutions, among which, and the UNITAU, as well as exchanges, streamlines regular webinars, online courses and other activities.

The group attended other thematic sessions seeking to establish business contacts in order to develop activities together

to effect the internationalization, urgent need of strictu graduate programs sensu and that the program has already started when entering this network.
The stay in Portugal also provided an opportunity to visit the University of Porto; UM, in Braga and Aveiro University.
