Participation of PPGDH teachers and students in the XIV CONINTER

Professors Rachel Duarte Abdala and André Luiz da Silva, respectively, General Coordinator and Deputy Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Human Development (UNITAU) participated in the XIV CONINTER, with four other teachers and six students, four from the PPGDH and one from the Undergraduate Course in History.

The teachers who participated were: Elisa Maria Andrade Brisola, Julio César Voltolini and Leandro Roberto Neves

The PPGDH teachers who participated were:Camila Borges Honorato, Gabriel Fujarra Magalhães Capello, Pedro de Araújo Melo Alves da Cruz, Rafael Nathan Humel Capucho and Rafael Vicente Morishita

The XIV International Interdisciplinary Congress on Social and Humanities was held between 27 e 31 October 2025 at the University of Vila Velha-UVV, in the city of Vila Velha/ES and was promoted by ANINTER- National Association for Interdisciplinary Research and Postgraduate Studies in Social and Humanities.

Teachers and students participated in workshops and short courses and presented their research in GTs. The following works were presented.

GT 09 “CONTEMPORARY DILEMMA AND SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE: INTERDISCIPLINARITY AND CHALLENGES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE, DIVERSITY AND DEMOCRACY” – Coordination by Crisóstomo Lima do Nascimento (PPG Cognition and Language at UENF), Adriano Furtado Netherlands (PPGs in Psychology and Education at UFPR) and Renato Faria da Gama (PPG in Neurology and Neurosciences at UFF);

ALIMONY AND THE DETERMINANTS OF CHILD HEALTH: LEGAL AND INTERDISCIPLINARY ANALYSIS, de Rafaela Vicente Morishita and Elisa Maria de Andrade Brisola;

Teachers and students also participated in the ANINTER Assembly, in which positions were presented regarding Interdisciplinary PPGs, proposals and upcoming CONINTER.

The General Coordinator and the Deputy Coordinator participated, in day 29 October, of the “Interdisciplinary PPG Coordination Meeting”, with Djalma Thürler (UFBA and Capes), Rafael Santos (COMMIT) e Veronica Marques (ANINTER).

Participation in the XIV International Interdisciplinary Congress on Social and Humanities – CONINTER was very important as an opportunity to, once again, highlight the name of the University of Taubaté among the country's higher education research institutions and, too, among the PPGs in the Interdisciplinary Area. The participation of PPGDH-UNITAU teachers and students with the presentation of work carried out in various GTs was relevant to demonstrate the scientific production carried out and to promote scientific dialogue between peers. also, It was important as an opportunity to consolidate and expand the network of contacts in the field of social and human sciences, providing opportunities for debate for the development of ongoing research projects.
