Between the days 15 e 18 July 2025, the 22nd Edition of the Brazilian Sociology Congress took place, held at the University of São Paulo – USP. The event had a broad program, including short courses, international conferences and a series of Working Groups and Research Committees.
The Postgraduate Program in Human Development- PPGDH (UNITAU) was present, represented by students Gabriel Fujarra M. Capello and Jonathan Fon Garcia, together with your advisor, André Luiz da Silva. The students' participation included the presence in two short courses — Sociology of Image and Thinking about Work Today — in addition to the presentation of the research they are developing in the following Research Committees:

Search Committee 27 – Worker Experience Challenges
“Worker, Industry and Neoliberalism: Perception of Work in a Context of Deindustrialization” – Jonathan Fon Garcia, André Luiz da Silva and Régis de Toledo Souza
Besides that, the meeting was marked by significant exchanges with other researchers and listening to new research in progress.
