The Master's Program in Human Development and teachers in Education Lecture, Angela Boccara de Paula, Mary Help Avila and Suzana Lopes Salgado Ribeiro attended lecture entitled "The Oral History and the Modern World: a global perspective ", given by the English historian Paul Thompson, author of A voice from the past, first published in 1978 and reference in Oral History. Paul Thompson is a professor emeritus of sociology at the University of Essex, England, He is founder and editor of Oral History e da National Life Stories British Library. The lecture was held on 7 June at SESC Vila Mariana, in Sao Paulo.
